Nichelini is a small, family-owned Napa Valley winery with a history dating back to 1890. For generations, our family has grown grapes and made wine in Napa Valley, and today we continue that tradition with small-production wines and a personal approach to sharing them.
Nichelini offers a side of Napa Valley that can be hard to find. Family owned-and operated since 1890, Nichelinis have been making small production wines with care and craftmanship since the very beginning. The old school style of “welcome to our home” started by Caterina is carried on today. Tastings are casual, personal and unhurried. Less about the fuss and more about good wine, good stories, and enjoying where you are.
We are known for our Primitivo, Petite Sirah, Zinfandel, and Muscadelle. Our signature blends, the Anton Reserve and Roman Press Red, are a favorite amongst staff and members making them sought after by those who know our wines best.
We recommend starting with a favorite varietal before trying our more unique wines! If you are feeling adventurous, then start with the new and unique! Everything is worth a try, so there is no wrong answer!
Our family vineyards are located nearby in the Chiles Valley District AVA, a distinctive grape-growing region within Napa Valley.
We produce a selection of small-production wines from grapes grown by our family and other carefully selected vineyards. Visit our online wine shop to see our current releases and available library wines.
